What happens on
each day
Day 1 is dedicated to female sexual wellness — the O-Shot® protocol, supporting aesthetic procedures, and the female consultation framework. Day 2 covers male sexual wellness — the P-Shot® protocol, the penile nerve block, and the male patient consultation. Both days include a morning didactic session and an afternoon supervised live patient practicum.
Female Sexual Wellness
& Aesthetic Procedures
Clitoral complex anatomy, anterior vaginal wall structures, pelvic innervation and vasculature. Pathophysiology of female sexual dysfunction, arousal disorder, orgasmic dysfunction, and stress urinary incontinence.
PRP science and centrifuge systems for the O-Shot®. The updated CMA clitoral nerve block — technique, landmarks, lidocaine protocol, adequacy assessment. Topical anesthesia for aesthetic procedures.
Consulting for female sexual wellness — how to have the conversation, set expectations, and present the O-Shot® to different patient types. Pricing models, consent structure, and ethical marketing.
Complete O-Shot® protocol: G-spot, clitoral complex, peri-urethral, and labia injection sites. Naomi demonstrates; every attendee performs the full protocol on a consented live patient.
The Clitoxin® procedure: botulinum toxin injected into the clitoris to improve arousal, orgasm, and sexual satisfaction via autonomic nervous system activation. Mechanism of action, injection technique, dosing (50 units), patient selection, and how Clitoxin® combines with the O-Shot® (PRP + BoNT) for enhanced outcomes.
PRP breast injection technique — anatomy, injection map, topical anesthesia, patient selection, and expectation management. Labia minora and majora PRP rejuvenation — indications, technique, and consent. Both demonstrated with supervised hands-on practice.
Male Sexual Wellness
& Performance
Penile neurovascular anatomy — corpus cavernosum, dorsal nerve, and deep dorsal vein. Pathophysiology of erectile dysfunction, Peyronie's disease, and hypoactive sexual desire. Lab interpretation fundamentals for the male sexual wellness patient.
PRP preparation for the P-Shot® — same centrifuge system as Day 1, with P-Shot® specific quality standards. The penile nerve block: dorsal penile nerve block and ring block approaches, lidocaine protocol, adequacy assessment, and managing patient anxiety.
The unique opportunity in offering both O-Shot® and P-Shot® — why couples present together, how to structure the couples consultation, how to price the combined offering, and how to use the couples model to increase average transaction value and patient retention.
Complete P-Shot® injection protocol: injection sites, depth, needle selection, volume distribution, and sequencing. Naomi demonstrates; every attendee performs the full protocol on a consented live patient.
Bocox™: botulinum toxin (100 units) injected into the corpus cavernosi to relax smooth muscle and improve blood flow for erectile dysfunction. P-Shot 100™: the P-Shot® combined with 100 units of BoNT for enhanced results. Injection technique, dosing, patient selection, and how to present both options alongside the standard P-Shot®.
Complication management for all procedures including BoNT protocols. Post-procedure care and follow-up. Activating both CMA directory listings, accessing official marketing materials, and setting up your full sexual wellness service line before leaving the training.
What you learn across
both days
Both days follow the same structure: morning didactic covering anatomy, PRP science, nerve block technique, and the official CMA protocol; afternoon supervised hands-on practicum with live consented patients. The curriculum below lists the major learning blocks across the full two days.
- Platelet biology — what growth factors are in PRP and which matter clinically for sexual wellness applications
- FDA-cleared centrifuge systems for PRP preparation — which systems Beso uses and why
- Blood draw protocol, tube selection, anticoagulant considerations, and patient preparation
- Centrifuge settings for O-Shot® and P-Shot® — spin speeds, timing, and separation technique
- PRP quality assessment before injection — color, consistency, platelet concentration indicators
- Activation protocols and sterile handling requirements
Every attendee draws, spins, and prepares PRP on both training days before the afternoon practicum begins.
- Detailed clitoral complex anatomy — internal crura, vestibular bulbs, and the full structure beyond the visible portion
- Anterior vaginal wall — G-spot (anterior fornix erogenous zone) and peri-urethral anatomy for urinary incontinence indication
- The updated CMA clitoral nerve block — landmark technique, lidocaine concentration and volume, onset, and adequacy assessment
- O-Shot® injection protocol per CMA standards: G-spot, clitoral complex, peri-urethral, and labia injection sites — volume, depth, needle selection, and sequencing
- Patient selection, contraindications, and the informed consent process for the O-Shot®
- Post-procedure care and the 4–12 week response window — how to counsel patients on timeline
The clitoral nerve block is the most commonly undertaught element in O-Shot® training on the market. This module teaches it in full, with supervised practice during the afternoon session.
- Vampire Breastlift — anatomy, CMA injection map, topical anesthesia, patient selection criteria, and realistic expectation management (this procedure enhances sensation and skin quality; it does not volumize)
- Labia minora and majora PRP rejuvenation — indications (dryness, atrophy, post-partum changes, lichen sclerosus support), technique, and consent
- Contraindications for both procedures and how to identify the wrong candidate before the appointment
- How these procedures complement the O-Shot® in a comprehensive female sexual wellness consultation
- Penile anatomy for the P-Shot® provider — corpus cavernosum, corpus spongiosum, dorsal neurovascular bundle, and glans anatomy
- Penile nerve block techniques — dorsal penile nerve block and ring block approaches: landmarks, lidocaine protocol, onset, and adequacy assessment
- P-Shot® injection protocol per CMA standards — injection sites (corpus cavernosum bilateral, glans), needle selection, depth, volume distribution, and sequencing
- Patient selection for erectile dysfunction vs. Peyronie's disease — different injection approaches for each indication
- Managing patient anxiety during penile procedures — communication cadence, positioning, and the pre-treatment consultation that sets the tone
- Post-procedure care, vacuum erection device use post-treatment, and the 8–12 week response timeline
- Vasovagal response — recognition, patient positioning, management, prevention in subsequent patients, and documentation
- Hematoma and bruising management — mechanism, patient communication, and when to be concerned
- Infection risk in internal PRP procedures — prevention protocol, antibiotic prophylaxis considerations, and recognition of early infection
- Local anesthetic toxicity — dose limits for lidocaine across both nerve blocks, systemic symptom recognition, and management
- Adverse event documentation — what to chart, when to refer, and when to notify your medical director
- Activating both CMA memberships — OShot.info and PShot.info directory listings, trademark licenses, and official marketing materials
- Pricing models for the Phoenix metro: O-Shot® ($800–$1,500), P-Shot® ($1,200–$2,000), couples bundles ($2,000–$3,000)
- The couples consultation framework — how to structure the joint consultation, who to treat first, how to present the combined value
- Patient referral dynamics — why O-Shot® patients frequently drive P-Shot® inquiries and vice versa, and how to build a referral loop
- Ethical and FTC-compliant marketing for both procedures, including what outcome claims you can and cannot make
- Medical director standing order requirements for RNs offering these procedures — and how to structure the documentation
Why O-Shot® + P-Shot®
belong in the same
practice
Sexual wellness is almost always a couples issue — even when only one partner presents initially. Providers who offer only the O-Shot® routinely field questions about what their patient's husband, partner, or boyfriend can do. Providers who offer only the P-Shot® find the same pattern in reverse. The combination is not just additive — it creates a referral loop that a single-procedure provider cannot access.
There is also a financial argument that is impossible to ignore. A practice that offers both procedures can structure a couples bundle at $2,500–$3,200 — a transaction that a single-procedure practice simply cannot replicate. That couples bundle, in a practice with any meaningful volume of sexual wellness patients, generates revenue that quickly outpaces the cost of the combined training.
Beyond revenue, offering both procedures signals clinical completeness to patients in a way that single-procedure training does not. Patients seeking a sexual wellness provider are looking for a practitioner who understands the full picture — not one who can treat half of it and refer out the rest.
The centrifuge, the draw supplies, and the quality control process are identical for both procedures. Adding the P-Shot® to an O-Shot® practice requires no new equipment — just the training to use what you already have for a second indication.
The couples consultation covers both procedures in a single appointment — one intake form, one consent conversation, two CMA-certified treatments. This is a service structure that a single-procedure provider cannot offer and competitors who only do aesthetics cannot match.
Both certifications are issued by the same organization, governed by the same ethical and marketing standards, and listed on parallel patient-facing directories. Managing one CMA relationship covers both procedure lines.
Two days to launch a fully compliant sexual wellness program — both procedures, both certifications, both nerve blocks, the couples framework, and all the documentation you need before patient one. No other training format delivers this in less time.
For providers ready to launch
a complete service line
No prior PRP or sexual wellness experience is required. The course covers all PRP principles from the ground up, and both nerve blocks are taught in full — not assumed as prior knowledge. If you are entering this space without a background in either procedure, this is the right starting point.
If you are already O-Shot® certified and want to add the P-Shot® — or vice versa — you can enroll in the single-day course for the procedure you're missing. The combo pricing applies to new enrollees taking both for the first time. Ask about the add-on rate if you're already certified in one.
Providers with established aesthetic or hormone practices adding sexual wellness as an adjacent service line. The couples model is particularly well-suited to practices already treating both partners for other services — hormone optimization, IV therapy, or aesthetics.
RNs can offer both procedures under written standing orders from a qualified medical director. The course covers the standing order structure and documentation requirements for RN injectors. Ask about Beso's medical director services if you need one in place before launch.
The Sexual Wellness & Aesthetic Training is designed for licensed providers across experience levels. Prior PRP or injection experience is helpful but not required — all essential skills are taught from the ground up.
- Active, unrestricted license (MD, DO, NP, PA, or RN)
- Arizona licensure for medical director engagements; training open to out-of-state providers
- Ability to perform or be supervised performing injections under your license
- Basic understanding of human anatomy — no formal ob/gyn or urology background required
O-Shot® and P-Shot® are federally trademarked names owned by the Cellular Medicine Association. Only providers trained at officially CMA-sanctioned centers and holding current CMA membership are legally authorized to use these names in marketing. This course includes everything required to operate as a fully certified, compliant provider of both procedures.

Naomi Fayzulayev, FNP-C
Founder, Beso Wellness & Beauty · Board-Certified Family Nurse PractitionerNaomi founded Beso Wellness and Beauty to close the gap between clinical training and real-world practice — offering the kind of hands-on, small-group instruction she wished she had when she started. With over 15 years of clinical experience and deep roots in regenerative and aesthetic medicine, she brings active, practicing expertise to every course she teaches.
Her approach is integrative: combining conventional medicine with evidence-based wellness therapies to address root causes, not symptoms. As a Certified Trainer for the Cellular Medicine Association (CMA), Naomi personally trains other medical providers in advanced procedures including the O-Shot® and P-Shot® — a credential held by a small number of practitioners nationally. She holds advanced certifications in functional medicine, hormone optimization, and advanced medical aesthetics, and is known for her meticulous technique and the warm, patient-centered environment she creates in every training session.
She believes a well-trained provider is the foundation of a well-run practice. Every course she teaches reflects that: small cohorts, live patients, real feedback, and the business context to use the skills you leave with.
