Overview

Beso Wellness and Beauty, LLC (“Beso,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates Beso Provider Hub at besohubprovider.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information about visitors and users of this site.

By accessing or using our websites, enrolling in a course, submitting an inquiry, or engaging with any of our services, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

This policy covers the provider site only. Beso Provider Hub is a business-to-business site for licensed healthcare providers. We do not collect or process patient health information through it, and this policy covers what you share with us as a professional visitor, student, or client. Our patient-facing clinic site, besowb.com, handles patient information and is governed by its own separate privacy notice. If you are a patient, read that one rather than this one.

  • Inquiry type, course interest, and message content you include in form submissions
  • Billing and payment information when purchasing a course or service (processed through third-party payment processors — we do not store full card numbers)
  • Practice name, location, and license type when relevant to the service requested
  • Communications you send us directly via email or phone

Information Collected Automatically

  • IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system
  • Pages visited, time spent on pages, and referral source
  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Cookies & Tracking)

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To respond to inquiries and communicate with you about services, courses, or scheduling
  • To process enrollments, payments, and service agreements
  • To deliver training courses, resources, and materials you have purchased or requested
  • To send you relevant updates about new courses, events, certification opportunities, or community announcements (you may opt out at any time)
  • To maintain and improve our websites and user experience
  • To verify provider credentials and training history for certification applications
  • To comply with applicable legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

Sharing Your Information

We share your information only in the following circumstances:

  • Service Providers: We work with third-party vendors who help us operate our business, including payment processors (e.g. Stripe), email platforms, scheduling software, and website hosting providers. These vendors are contractually restricted from using your information for any purpose other than providing services to us.
  • Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Beso, our users, or others.
  • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email or prominent notice on our website before your information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
  • With Your Consent: We may share your information with third parties when you have given us explicit permission to do so (e.g., being listed in the Beso Certified Provider directory).

Cookies & Tracking

Our websites use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience and gather analytics data. Cookies are small text files stored on your device.

Types of cookies we use:

  • Essential cookies: Required for the website to function correctly. These cannot be disabled.
  • Analytics cookies: Help us understand how visitors use our site (e.g., Google Analytics). Data is aggregated and anonymized where possible.
  • Marketing cookies: May be used to track visitors across websites for the purpose of displaying relevant advertising. We do not sell this data.

You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling certain cookies may affect site functionality. You may also opt out of Google Analytics data collection by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Our websites use HTTPS encryption for data transmission, and access to personal information is restricted to personnel who need it to perform their responsibilities.

However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and you share information with us at your own risk. If you believe your information has been compromised, please contact us immediately at the address below.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
  • Correction: Request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information
  • Deletion: Request that we delete your personal information, subject to certain legal exceptions
  • Opt-Out of Marketing: Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in each email, or by contacting us directly
  • Data Portability: Request a copy of your data in a structured, machine-readable format where technically feasible

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@besowb.com. We will respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.

Arizona Residents: Arizona has not enacted a comprehensive consumer data privacy statute. Arizona law does require notice to affected individuals following a breach of unencrypted personal information under A.R.S. § 18-552, and we will comply with that obligation. Separately, we honor the access, correction, deletion and portability requests described above for anyone who asks, whether or not a specific state law compels us to.

Calls and Text Messages

Our contact page invites you to call or text. If you give us a mobile number, here is what that does and does not authorize:

  • What you are agreeing to. Submitting a form or texting us first is your consent for us to reply by text and by phone about the thing you asked about — a course, a medical director engagement, consulting, or a scheduled call.
  • Marketing texts are separate. We will not add you to a recurring marketing or promotional text list from a contact-form submission alone. That requires separate, express written consent, and we will ask for it plainly rather than bury it in a checkbox.
  • Stopping. Reply STOP to any message to end texts, or HELP for assistance. We honor STOP immediately. You can also just tell us in plain words and we will stop.
  • Costs. Message and data rates may apply. Frequency varies and depends on your conversation with us.
  • Carriers. We are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell or share mobile numbers with third parties for their own marketing.

Live Patient Training: Models and Trainees

Our courses involve injecting real patients. That creates two duties that are easy to overlook, so we state them here.

  • If you attend as a patient model. You sign a written consent before any treatment that covers the procedure itself, the fact that a supervised trainee will perform it under Naomi’s direct supervision, and any photography. Consent to be treated and consent to be photographed are asked for separately, and you can agree to one and refuse the other. You can withdraw at any point, including after you have signed and before treatment begins. Your clinical record is kept under the clinic’s patient privacy notice, not this one.
  • If you attend as a trainee. You will see identifiable patients, their charts, and their photographs. You are required to sign a confidentiality agreement before the course begins, you may not photograph or record a patient without that patient’s separate written consent, and you may not discuss or post anything that could identify a patient afterward — including on social media. This obligation does not end when the course does.
  • Course photography. We photograph sessions for teaching and marketing. If you would rather not appear, tell us at check-in and we will work around you. There is no penalty and it does not affect your participation.

Children’s Privacy

Beso Provider Hub is a professional platform intended exclusively for licensed healthcare providers and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, we will delete it promptly. If you believe we have collected information from a minor, please contact us immediately.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or through a notice on our website.

Your continued use of our services after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
